Prospector's Place - Hurricane

This quiet little dining had a beautiful rustic feeling. There are little signs that this is an Italian restaurant, but it is SO GOOD. The high quality of the tasty roasted mozzarella shows that the food is prepared in the house instead of simply reheating like other places. My husband enjoyed the pizza, which was very cheeky and tasty. The salad bar was simple, but did her job. We recommend a visit!

This place has the most amazing comfort food! I was so excited that the pastas come into the salad bar with a free trip, and the prices are good because you get so much food. Customer service was beautiful! The salad was delicious and fresh, and they also had soups available. I tried the mushroom soup from beef that was really great. Our meal also came with a really good bread, which tasted like homemade fresh bread. I have the cheese ravioli, which was absolutely delicious and has an amazing creamy marinara sauce. This is a fantastic stop for those looking for a homemade, hot and delicious meal! Would highly recommend.

The pizza is a gold mine, I love it well clam place. I live in Idaho and this place goes, I'm a pizza freak. Great pizza is a good pizza.

Good food, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. The portion sizes (except pizzas) are quite small especially for the price. I didn't want to order at the door. The only menu is on a screen on the front. I'd rather sit and watch a menu before I get to the order. When you pay the computer automatically asks for a tip, which I think is something that should be given to reflect the offered service, not an accepted recording at the beginning of a culinary experience. Overall, it is a good place.

We tried the pizza, and we thought it was really good. The Margareta had balsamic vinegar on it, amazing. The crust wasn't as crispy as we like, but that wasn't an issue. We threw it on our pizza stone, and it took it over the top. The supreme pizza was really good too, the toppings tasted great and had lots of flavor. We will be back!
