Sooo my coffee was burnt but the person with pretty pink hair who met me at the window made my morning. Their smile and genuine friendliness helped me feel valued as a customer. Usualy I get some abrupt person too busy to even smile. I will take 100 of this person over the other. Dont get me wrong they were busy but they didnt ignore the person they were attending to. Kudos.

Trash, can't even have coffee made and ready and when they finally get it, the staff takes years to figure out how to put it in a cup
