Definitely a busy place on a Thursday - only reason we knew they had a wing special is bc the ppl who recommended the place told us. It's not written on their "specials" board. It's only a special for 1 lb wing orders. Had the hot and Cajun. Hot was better. Doesn't come with carrots or celery. Blue cheese was .25 extra. Had fries and onion pedals too. The onion pedals were good. Fries typical. The difference between a 3 and 4 was the dessert - ordered the brownie delight. Well that was disappointing. A very small piece of brownie with small scoop of ice Creme. Not worth $6.99. Couldn't say we'd never go back but it's not on the 'must do' place to eat.

Food was not good, very over priced for what you got. Never will I be back. $120 for 2 adults 2 kids no alcohol. Stayed at Tally ho inn a 3-5 min walk from this place. Worth the drive elsewhere.

I have eaten here three times and enjoyed my meal every time. Twice for lunch with a large group and once for an intimate dinner. The meal was excellent, could have been given more fries with the meal though!

Ate there for the third time and found it was just average. The house speciality sheppard's pie was a disappointment. A bowl of ground meat with gravy and a handful of frozen vegetables mixed in and then 2 scoops of mashed potatoes just dumped on top. Other entres were a little better but nothing to write home about. Service was average.

This spot has never let me down. The food is excellent. Staff is even better. Good beer on tap - including local. Nice patio in the summer and cozy in the winter. If you are staying in Dorset, you might as well take the 20min drive to this place! Please spend your money here. Skip Zachary's!
