Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Huntsville

This Dairy Queen in Ontario consistently disappoints with their skimpy toppings on their blizzards. I have visited several Dairy Queens across Ontario and have always been let down by the lack of extra toppings when I request them. Only once have I received a blizzard with a decent amount of toppings from this particular location.

The blizzards melted all over the counter and I was never offered a tray for the 5 blizzards I ordered. When I received them, they were all mixed up and made a mess inside my car. The service was terrible and it wasn't even busy at the restaurant.

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. I would rather drive an hour to get here than go to another place that is only 5 minutes away. The staff who worked on Friday, June 10th, around 9:40 PM, really deserve a raise for their outstanding service.

Oreo Blizzard ice cream cake?! Don't get the burgers, this is an ice cream place first and foremost, and they should stick with their strength... Because they're really good at it.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They always go the extra mile to service their customers and are very honest. My daughter left her purse there in the afternoon and when went back in the evening they kept it for us behind the counter and nothing was touched. We will always visit this Dairy Queen when we are the area.
