The food is great, but it is difficult to actually arrive when food is being served. My husband has tried twice in the past week, after calling to confirm hours of operation, yet there was either nobody around or he was completely ignored. We want to spend our money here…but Chef Will is making that difficult to do…

“He is never there.” Edited: I’m editing this a few years later and honestly I can say that day I was just very hungry and he wasn’t there. He is just 1 man and you have to understand that, but this is one of the top vegan/vegetarian food places you’re going to love. I live in Florida now and I am craving his great cooking so much. Did I mention that everything is home grown and no food is store bought. Amazing Quality.

Best food in the city hands down. Flavorful and plentiful. You better come with appetite because the portions or enormous. I’m not even vegan, but I would he could cook for me everyday..

I was looking for a ‘restaurant’ but THANKFULLY I found Chef Will’s food truck outside of the Lowe Mill. My goodness gracious this food was AMAZING for someone who has been vegan for just one year-post heart surgery. I live two hours away and was just in town for an event at the VBCC, looked for best vegan places near me and the rest is history…give me two hours or a day with the wife and this is a no brainer to drive back up for Chef Will
