Wendy's - Huntsville

I hate to say this but the past 3 times I've ordered here the young male cashier has been very rude , he forgets our straws , BBQ sauce packets and is extremely rude when I brought to his attention my burger had mayo on it when my husband is allergic to mayo and my receipt shows no mayonnaise on my burger for that very reason. Management needs to have him work on his attitude and professionalism. When I have come before when it is another person if the burger is made incorrectly it is fixed and I'm not given any attitude.

Staff was rude and always forgets something. Food quality was subpar and sloppy, especially after waiting a long time for the food.

This location used to be fantastic, what happened? Before I'd wait maybe 2 or 3 minutes now it's an average of 20 and the food is cold. Not to mention they pull forward every car In drive thru even if no one else is there.

30 minutes, and multiple people are still waiting on orders.

We stopped by while passing through for lunch. We order 2 meals, the Baconator and the #1, single. The so called Baconator had 2 slices of bacon, fries were not hot or fresh, and we ended up pouring out the drinks as it tasted nothing like tea or coke. Also, asked the employee at the window for Ketchup, honey mustard, napkins, salt pepper. We received NO napkins or pepper, 1 salt, 1 Ketchup, and 1 honey mustard
