Subway - Huntsville

I didn't catch the name of the young lady, but she was great! sub was perfect! food: 5/5

Fast clean and good quality. all they want in an almost food place. when they order online, I feel they give them less the spiced like paprika, olive, etc. next I have to remember to ask more of everyone.

At 8:40 it went to the Drive-Thru. I've gogled the hours before I went to subway and close them at 9. the young lady says, "we're closed" and I explained how I thought they were open until 9 and the sign was still ok. She said she decided to close early because they only worked 2 and laugh and closed the window.

This restaurant is pretty much your typical Subway. I understand that the economy is tough right now, but paying $15 for a sandwich is pretty hard to accept—no pun intended. I get that they use fresh ingredients, but they really seem to be taking advantage of the situation. When I asked for a little extra salad, you would have thought I was asking for the money from their kids! As others have mentioned, I’m not even sure why they bother accepting Subway coupons; the last four locations I visited wouldn’t honor them at all.

Just placed a doordash pickup order spent $51. Ordered a tomato basil wrap and was charged for that. But that's not what I got what I got was a plain tortilla wrap. Yet still charged me the price for a tomato basil wrap. In my opinion that's theft charge me extra for something special and give me something not special without taking any of the price away. And of course they don't answer their phone so the only way to resolve the issue is drive 20 minutes with today's gas prices over a wrap.
