Shipley Do-nuts - Huntsville

I just moved here (I’m a native Texan), and this Shipley's doesn’t taste anything like Shipley’s should! I won't be returning.

The donuts here are always amazing. Honestly, they feel like a blessing from above!

The kolaches at this place have been inconsistent and often don’t meet expectations. My boyfriend loves Shipley’s, which is why we keep coming back, but I don’t think the quality justifies the price. We've always had friendly and swift service, which is why I gave it a three-star rating. However, today the kolaches were squished, crumbling, and noticeably undercooked. The dough surrounding the sausage had a mushy texture that reminded me of playdough.

The variety of donuts is impressive. My granddaughters really enjoy the donut holes. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This Shipley restaurant is the cleanest and most well-managed establishment I’ve encountered in a long time. The customer service was exceptional. Even though it’s quite a distance from my home, I will certainly return again and again! Thank you, and may God bless you and your business! — Monroe
