Mcalister's Deli - Huntsville

I don’t even bother getting desserts here anymore because the cookies, brownies and Brookies are ALWAYS stale. Ordered them on different occasions during different times and I could taste the staleness. Ruined my entire appetite. Stop being lazy and actually keep your stock fresh. It’s not that hard. Idiots.

We were there 08/28/23, we ordered the chicken salad sandwich (both myself and my boyfriend). After our plates were given to us we noticed a hair in his plate (short black hair) on his pickle spear, so he just moved it and ate everything but the pickle spear. Then as I was eating, I lifted up my other half of the sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich so I didn’t get to eat it.We spent 30$ on some sandwiches, that had hardly any chicken salad filling on them, and had hair in our plates. It was very disappointing and unsanitary. We did not mention this in the restaurant because I do not like public confrontation but the kitchen staff needs to do better precautions to keep hair out of customers plates and for a 10$ sandwhich, there should be more filling and the plate should be hair free.

We had the new nacho entrée. But, it tasted NOTHING like it looked!!! I mean, the picture that was shown, what we got, were 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS!!! I mean, I LOVE me some McAlister's Deli, but you guys DEFINITELY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE....

Good food. Do not like the fact you get charge for a pickle spear and are not told you can decline . Very deceiving.

They keep the inside very cold ...too cold to enjoy your meal .Asked management and was told they could do nothing about it...
