My plate of taquitos alone cost $15. That wasn?t worth it to me. I?m from California have lived in Texas most of my life. This food was disappointing. The service was worse. The young server girl took forever to get to us, get our food order, checking on us was worse. Not once did she do this. Not one drink refill until she
La Finka is one of those pleasant surprises in casual dining. While many Mexican restaurants offer a limited and very Anglo-influenced menu, La Finka has a varied menu with a number of decidedly traditional and contemporary Mexicano dishes full of flavor and creativity. Service and prices here are reasonable. This restaurant also offers trivia nights and has had live entertainment in the past.
Food was average. However, the do put a lot of cheese in the quesadillas. My son loved it. Service was worth an eight dollar tip on a forty dollar cheque. Overwhelming stocked bar.
Decent mexican faire with all that you'd expext. To start, Chips and salsa were ok. The La Finka dip was awesome, you must try it. We ordered the special chimichangas. The food was not served hot. Luke warm at best. Great flavor, just needs to be warmer. Food presentation was good, Chimis spread out with ample toppings in the middle. The small margherita was huge. Service is a bit weak, had to get servers attention to get the Margherita and water refills. Lots
