Domino's Pizza - Huntsville

Perhaps the most rude people I've ever met. I saw that he went out of his way to ignore me when I entered, did not greet me and then proceeded to ignore me further while I took time to take label from the printer and they were on boxes that could have waited significantly. would not even get in touch with me. I just asked for serviettes with the pizza. was released with a fastness we are out. I'm glad I don't live here. definitiw will not order here again if I visit the opposite. who is the gm for this shop/area must read this. amazing how 60 seconds non-customer service can destroy their call. it was obvious that this employee was harassed by the annoyance of a customer and on non-verbal wise told me that I did not welcome and had to go. you need to find a new work line. customer service is not where they should be.

I WAS CANCELLED ON X3 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSONG. CALLED X4 TIMES AND was hung up on x3 times then ordered online and that was canceled!

Apparently the manager of this location is unaware of functioning store hours. If your listed as staying open until 1 AM on a Saturday night then someone should be able to order a pizza at 11:45 without the app failing or calling the store and to have the recording say you are closed. If you aren’t going to be open, just change your listed hours. Then people won’t be sitting around thinking you all just went home early to wax your eyebrows.

Pizza was fine, but the guy working the cash register was extremely condescending to another customer who came in while I was waiting for my pizza to be made. Completely inexcusable, to the point I downloaded Yelp specifically to leave this review.

This place is ran very well. They will READ your feedback fast, and in the rare times that an order is messed up, they make it right. The owner seems to care about this place and keeps it nice. A good domino's is always a awesome thing to have near you.
