Bojangles - Huntsville

Can be flow in the morning. Only one person to take and full fill orders for inside orders. But still shorter wait than drive thru.

After placing my order and paying with a young lady, who was very rude and nasty from the moment I walked in, I was told what I just paid for was not available. Obviously I requested a refund which resulted in the young lady then proceeding to trash talk about me in front of me to her coworkers none of whom were professional. It truly seems like the managers specifically the one I interacted with are just overwhelmed and not willing to help their team be professional. It's fast food if you don't like people you shouldn't work there. It's clear that the young lady who was at the front register has very little home training or training from her managers on how to interact with customers. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I won't frequent any other Bojangles' location most certainly not this one ever again!

Could not hear cashier at drive thru.Chicken was not done, but the breading on the buffalo wings were good.

I love the bo berry biscuits and the Cajun filet biscuits. If you have never been I suggest you try it! This store was very friendly and clean.
