The staff taking orders could work on their manners, but the person serving the food was very courteous.

I had a fantastic experience with the incredibly friendly staff! I got there only a few minutes before closing, and they graciously took the time to prepare some delicious food for me.

The food was decent, but it arrived rather cold after a lengthy debate over whether my order was for here or to go—this was even with a manager involved! The atmosphere was tense, as other diners anxiously awaited their meals in long lines. They seriously need to work on their management; the cashier had clearly stated my order was for takeout, yet the manager insisted it was for dining in, placing it on a tray and ignoring the cashier's input. Two other staff members tried to clarify the situation, confirming that the order was indeed for takeout. When the manager finally acknowledged her mistake, she hastily shoved my fries into the container with her bare hands, which made me uncomfortable about eating them. I simply smiled and left because I've worked in fast food before and didn’t want to cause a scene during the lunch rush.

I ordered a double bacon burger, but I ended up with a single. Additionally, the other burgers were incorrectly topped as well. To top it off, we got an extra order of fries that we didn't request. I just wish the sandwiches had been prepared as I specified.

I had an amazing experience, thanks in large part to James's exceptional service! I dined at the restaurant at 1:25 PM on January 13, 2022, and he made sure everything went seamlessly. The venue was clean and impeccably organized. I'm giving it a full 5 stars!
