Mcdonald's - Huntington

Literal garbage. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. Absolutely unexcusable the way they act and serve food. The fries are never and I mean NEVER cooked all the way. Management is rude. I can't believe this McDonald's is operational

Every other time I order food, half of my order is missing. There’s no reason for this. If mgmt isn’t catching this, then maybe they should be fired. I’m tired of paying for food and then having to chase down the other half of my order. Do better Mcdonald’s, and that means with doordash too. Just for reference, I ordered a sausage burrito meal (comes with 2 burritos, drink, and hashbrown) and a single hashbrown. all I received was the burritos.

This Mcdonalds is the worst one around and if I would recommend any of them, it would be the one by the 64 exit/on ramp. Everytime I go they always mess my simple order up. The receipt will tell what Iorder but what I get are 2 different things. The burgers taste and feel like they have been setting pit for hours. They dont put any ketchup or mustard on them. I ask for no pickle, extra onion but always get the opposite. I give them a chance about once every 2 months to see if they are doing any better but its always the same. One of the worst experiences I had with any restaurant was this one. It was abput 2 years ago and was the morning manager. She was the rudest person I had ever met. She tried putting my $8 and some change in the tip box without me saying to. When I confronted her about it, she said I could leave and not recieve anything and said she wouldnt refund my money neither. I bet I have 6-7 free orders in their book because of their mistakes. Best to stay away if you want decent food!
