Przekaż informację zwrotnąWorst customer service, very rude when pulling up to drive thru. I ordered a drink online that was supposed to have whipped cream and caramel, It did not have caramel or whipped cream. First time trying it too, the food sucked terribly. Took one bite and threw it away.
Manager didn't show up till 5:40 something. Then only had one kind of donut couldn't sell me the donuts I wanted. Then didn't try to make anything right so I said do I get any free donuts for having to wait over a half hour on you and then not having my food? So she brings me back a box with one donut. Thanks so much Dunkin. You really know how to start someone's day.
On 5th Ave and the usual girl isn't in the drive thru. Must be her day off. This one has already rolled her eyes at me soon as she seen me and caught her little attitude. I would like to put my finger up my nose, wait for her to reach my doughnuts out and touch her arm and say got you and drive off. Little brat. And can't take my order yet 23min after they opened
They don’t know how to properly make drink recipes that are advertised. Every coolata I’ve purchased has been so bitter you can’t drink it, they taste awful. You can look at the color of the drink and see it isn’t being made properly. Management needs to take more time training staff and lead better. Will continue to use Barboursville location.
I stop at this location on my way to work every morning! The staff are always great and the drinks are on point. Thank you Madalyn for the exceptional service and drink today, you deserve so much praise for that!
