I’ve always enjoyed Rally's, but this was by far the worst meal I've ever had from them! I'm seriously considering asking for a refund. I paid $30 for burnt chicken strips and fries that were only half-filled and soggy. The delivery time wasn't a problem—I live just five minutes from the store, and the driver was on time. But why charge me $6 for an XL fries that’s only filled halfway? If I wanted a large, I would have paid $4.50. If I had dined in at the restaurant, I would have expected everything to be remade. I've learned my lesson: when Rally's isn't accountable to its customers, the food suffers. From now on, I'll stick to fries from my freezer! On the bright side, the chicken bites looked decent enough for the kids, so at least they won't go hungry.

The fish was overcooked and definitely not crispy. The burger was made with two bottom buns and was extremely flattened. The fries were limp and the containers were barely filled. The box for the chili cheese fries was falling apart. We also didn’t receive the drink that was included with the combo or the two sundaes. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The chicken tenders were on the smaller side, and one of the fries wasn't fully loaded as it was meant to be.
