Burger King - Huntington

It seems they've hired new staff, as the employees were much friendlier this time compared to my previous visits. The ones working the drive-thru used to be quite rude and also very slow. Unfortunately, the food quality hasn't improved; it was still quite unpleasant and overly greasy.

The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling and expressing their gratitude. The outdoor area was also well-maintained and clean.

The food was fantastic, although we did have some difficulty communicating and placing our order at the drive-thru. I made a special trip to this Burger King because I've had two disappointing experiences at the one in Huntington. Just so you know, the staff here has been great at both locations.

I have had issues with my order every time I've been there. The first visit, they completely forgot my son's meal. I decided to give them another chance, but they still missed items from my order; I didn't receive my pie or any of the sauces I requested. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with a drink, as well as an additional medium drink, but I only received the drink that was included with the meal.
