Great Peruvian food. Love this place. The place was nice and clean and the food was outstanding. I had a maracuya sour, causa limeña, chaufa de pollo, Delicious! The resturant itself is beautiful, such a modern vibe. Prices are resonable. I'll definitely be back.

Waitress brought us the food and disappeared for very long time, we wanted to order more drinks but she did not comeback Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I placed an order over the phone with a lady named Diana H. I had asked for extra meat, she assured me that they can do it, I even stated I would be ok paying extra, Diana H shared how much more as well. When I got to the restaurant to pay, I was told they could not put the steak with the order so I asked if it couldn’t be cut up and mixed in. Diana H stepped in with a nasty attitude, didn’t even let me say anything just gave me the total and was very rude. If you are not happy where you work or don’t feel like that day is a good day just stay home.

On the Day of September 30th ,2023 I organized a private event at La Candela, Huntington. We walked in at 11 am to set-up all the room, we got received by the Owner Ms.Elizabeth Paulino who was kind helping us to put everything on place and covering every single details.Guest arrived at 30mins early and all Staffs are welcoming and professional. Inviting everyone to the main bar til the bride and groom arrives. At 5:45pm all the food stations were open including a welcome champagne, the best part of the cocktail hour was the carving station, sushi bar, and passing appetizers( that includes traditional Peruvian dishes) after the cocktail hour we got invited to the ballroom for dinner and dance , the best part of the dinner was two main entrée that includes “Pescado a lo macho” “Seco Norteño” which is the two most Popular recipes in Traditional Peruvian cuisine “Comida Criolla” after main course they surprise us with dessert Café that includes delectable Chocolate Fountain, Crepes station, Banana Foster, Ice Cream bar, and mini Peruvian desserts”Alfajores”, “Arroz en Leche” and “Mazamorra”. We want to say thank you to the Owners,Wait and culinary staff for amazing Event held on this Location and definitely Recommending this Venue for any occasions or events Best, Jose Portillo, Lolita Frank
