She and her coworkers were able to create a drink that was discontinued and not only did it come out amazing but she was very creative in the process and also took extra lengths to make sure I was satisfied with the drink. I love her ! That is definitely promotion worthy customer service!
Let me start off by saying that I am a former general manager for the company so anytime I get to stop by a Jamba these days I get pretty excited to see how the stores are currently doing! I walked into this store and instantly smelled something extremely foul. I looked around to realize this store was DIRTY. The floors were cleaned with dirty water and were not actually clean at all. The build up on the floors, baseboards, and the ceiling were all disgusting. I can tell that the owner of this location assuming that is a franchise does not care about investing in this location to make sure that it's even in shape to be in business. None of the fruit displays or wheatgrass displays were out. Nor the cold case. There was an empty drink fridge in the lobby too. There was a sign on the juice machines saying out of order. Both employees seemed miserable and are not properly trained. This store was an absolute disappointment. Whoever owns this store needs to have a serious conversation with their district manager and general manager of this location asap. Not to mention my poorly blended chunky smoothie.
Place smells very bad... and looked dirty. Employee was nice. By herself and was trying her best in taking orders and getting them done.
Ordered an acai bowl, they had no acai concentrate, substituted for a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl, turns out they had no strawberries for the topping, no pineapple, and no spirulina, the main ingredient you’re paying for. Left with a white colored concoction that taste like nothing but almond milk blended with a banana, something I can make at home. I tossed the bowl in the trash where it belonged and continue to mourn the $8 I spent, at-least i had 20% off right?? Never coming here get again, save yourself the disappointment visit a local smoothie business.
Every time I come, they always say they don't have something lol. Yall need to restock ??
