This lady was so slow! and as i was waiting for my order her line grew up to 5 people and only one of them she managed to take the order of before I got mine.. The 20 something year old making drinks could have been better.. Just crazy if they ever get busier than
Good enough for a supermarket SB. Only complaint is for SB shared locations generally. Google maps should clearly indicate which SB locations are stand alone and which are co-located in other stores. Would also be cool if, when touching a location on Google maps, it gave the option to open the SB app to that location for purposes of placing a pickup order. Seamless.
Desi is not only great at making our drinks every time but he takes the time to listen to each customer and make the day a little brighter. Thank you!
For the most part I always LOVE this Starbucks but this review is about my experience today. May have been a new associate working there but worst customer service that I have received. Order a Caramel Frappe and received without Caramel? I'm not want to complain or even give attitude. I mentioned to the young lady nicely like oh hey you forgot the caramel and made me think I was in my wrong for mentioning because her response was that it's a charge. I've never been told that when I order a CARAMEL frappe. She then added the caramel but returned it all sloppy. Best believe I told the manager of Albertsons.
