Romano's Macaroni Grill

Made reservations for Thanksgiving and confirmed days in advance we’d be having their Thanksgiving meal. When we arrived to order were were told they had run out of the Thanksgiving meal and we’d have to order off the regular menu. This was beyond upsetting when our entire family had chosen to come to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. We complained to the manager and they offered us appetizers on the house which was appreciated but could not excuse the failure to deliver the meal we had all come here to have. To top it all off, the food I ordered was delivered to the table cold. Coffee was also cold and needless to say the entire experience was bad. We all left the restaurant displeased and unfortunately will not be returning again.

It was great place to eat with your whole family and friends,the price is not too expensive.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had the friendliest waiter, but he came around so infrequently and brought out a cold pizza that we had to send back (presumably because it sat for too long before being brought to me). Got extremely impatient at the end because he took almost 10-15 mins between coming in to check. Don’t go here unless you like wasting money on mediocre food and terrible service.

Birthday dinner and sold out entrees. Took two hours to finish.

Our waiter was great but the kitchen staff was underwhelming. We arrived at 7 PM for Thanksgiving and they were all out of turkey!!! Our waiter said we would need to wait for drinks/water to arrive as they had no clean glasses. Took about 10-15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Food took about 25 in total. Was hot when it arrived so it wasn't the waiters fault. Kitchen was understaffed and not able to handle the crowd. When we arrived the place was about was 2/3 full with lots of dirty tables and they weren't busy during the hour that we spent there. Poor management planning for the event but the food was good
