Icecreamton - Huntington Beach

The worst experience!!!!I was sitting in the seating area .My wife was waiting in the line ordering and the line was kind of long and only 2 employees serving them .Suddenly,One of the employees (the guy) came to me and left the line and serving customers and said you have to leave we are closed! I told him we are here 20 minutes ago and still waiting for my wife she is ordering. He was so rude and disrespectful. Also, everything we were asking for they we were out the vanilla ice cream, waffle cones,Churros, soft serve ice cream……! Almost everything! The kids has some ice cream and it was not good at all and taste old . I think he had the line because it was Christmas Day and the ice cream shop next door was closed . Don’t recommend at all . If you want ice cream go to the next door ice cream shop or change your mind!

Cleanless bathroom, even no soap was inside. When I asked they didn’t care and said you could wash in another sink outside. I don’t know how healthy department didn’t see that!I would add a very rude and mean staff. I came at 6:15 and asked for Churro they said sorry we turned the machine off! We are serving just ice cream now.However, the customer in front of me got Churros! That’s so inconvenience how they turned off the machine and they are still customers ordering inside. I would not feel bad if they said when we entered sorry we are closed.

Not great. We went here because the line at Handles (the ice cream store next door) was too long and this place was empty. Should have been a good clue.The restaurant was empty and there were two people manning the counter. Still took about 20 mins to make our milkshakes. Once we got them, mine was so overfilled that it was leaking through the lid (see picture).I got a coffee flavored shake with some chocolate peices in it. They tasted like little pieces of plastic. It just was not enjoyable.Next time I will just go to the place next door.Also their menu was kinda weird. I don't expect chicken wings or fries from an ice cream place. This is not a bad thing per say, just kinda weird.

Got the espresso explosion milkshake. Tasted nothing like espresso, and was basically soup. I paid $10 for a cup of milk.

The one time when local is Not better!! Handel 's Ice Cream is right next door and we thought why not give this spot, Icecreamton, a try for local ice cream. Bad idea. The staff was not pleasant, didn 't bother with a welcome, and made it clear that samples were not an option. I asked the gal at the counter to advise what the difference was between Kona Coffee and Espresso Explosion. She said no difference at all. Why have two different flavors if they 're the same? That was confusing. We decided to try the milkshake using Espresso Explosion and she delivered a white looking shake with no espresso coffee color whatsoever. I thought surely this must be someone else 's but no, she confirmed it was ours. Took a taste and it was sheer milk flavor, no coffee, no espresso, nada. You feel bad thinking this must be a joke but that is exactly how our whole group felt. Filthy bathrooms, dirty eating area, and the smell of fried Vietnamese food floating through the area while trying to order and enjoy ice cream was puzzling indeed. 10.50 for a milk flavored shake when we ordered espresso explosion was a let down to say the least. We advised the staff immediately and no apology was issued nor attempt to make it right. Don 't bother here. Trust Handel 's. Their staff is always welcoming and will cater to your questions and make it right every time.
