Excellent quality sashimi, fat tuna, toro and salmon all melted in my mouth. Ask for what's in the season and get fresh washabi! The university was fresh and amazing! Imho, here are the must order dishes: red tuna, salmon bell, salmon sushi and crispy role with focus on the first 2. Of course, I didn't have to taste the whole menu, so this only concerns the dishes I tried, but the rest of the dishes we ordered can be for much less money elsewhere with the same quality as tuna sushi, unagi, albacore sushi, yellowtail sushi, assorted tempura, soft shell shrimp roll, spicy tuna roll, I would keep me a little bit good.
