Del Taco - Huntington Beach

The worst deal taco in Hb. It will take you 20-30 min to get through the drive through. They will be vaping inside talking with their friends while customers pile up. It’s been like this for a year now, do not bother. The empty drive through is a red flag, locals already know.

I am so hooked on the green burritos here.. and the crinkle fries.. okay and the cheddar chicken chipotle roller for a buck. The food is better here than the on on Magnolia same products, but somehow the fries are always hotter and crispier, and the food is made more carefully. But the biggest difference between this Del Taco and the other is the service. I had a question for the owner as to why I still could not get a refill (this was several months ago) all the other fast food places were giving soda refills thru some silly steps from the health department. The owner on Magnolia told me no refills. When I asked why, he yelled into the phone No refills! I hung up and now drive past the one that is closer to my home and go to Brookhurst where all of the employees are polite, as is the management.

Waited in drive through at 6pm calling out to anyone there, but nobody answered. Then drove around to window and nobody came to help us. Finally we just drove off after 15 min. Couldn't even get food if We wanted to...

Gotta say, I go to this location every Monday morning and the staff always has a smile on their face! They are a little part of what makes my Monday a lot better ?.

Worst Del Taco. Don’t know what happened here. They used to have the nicest staff and food was good. The staff that was working on late Saturday 08/19/23. They didn’t give us all our order and charged us for it the girl was rude and accused the door dash person for stealing our food. She was an idiot. On top of that I think they messed with the food, the bean cheese burrito tasted horrible, bitter taste in the beans and they ran out of sour cream, weird!!! Fries were all day old fries as well. Get new night staff and people that are not rude. Magnolia/Atlanta much better and nicer. Best Del Taco is in Barstow and Baker! They fill their tacos like the old days, this Del taco rations there meat, lucky if there’s a teaspoon of meat in the taco and there’s only 1 chunk of a tomato on top of the Del Taco, learn how to make peoples orders, all the pics and advertisement looks nothing like what you get, consumers beware!!!
