We were recommended to this place by a friend who had hyped this place for weeks. She has really good taste and I trust her, so I was not surprised how really amazing this place is. I never had authentic Indian food, so I was absolutely surprised. I do not remember many of the names of the dishes we have ordered, but we DEFINITELY loved the lamb, butter chicken curry and garlic naan, and I would definitely recommend them. The food was also hot and fresh and you can say it was made with love and passion. The spice level is simply absolutely perfect with only medium and they do not behave with the chilis and spices. The staff is quite friendly and the restaurant is obviously family owned. The place has a beautiful atmosphere, with really authentic India decoration and music playing in the background (as well as the TV playing the Indian TV Station), so I felt like I was transported to India. I will confidently say that this is definitely the best Indian restaurant in the city, and so I will definitely come back.
Had a late birthday dinner with a sister friend. We love Indian food and met halfway from our houses where Curry and Kababab was Bistro. I typically go to Little India for Indian food. Anyway, this place has a decent, affordable lunch buffet. I wanted Gulab jamun, but they didn't. Garlic Naan was on the spot and her cured chicken dishes were good. I was disappointed by her lentildal very watery. Again, the food was not bad. Friendly staff and they were really good with cleaning the plates. Very clean restaurant.
Absolutely amazing food, but always so stingy with her rice. Every time I get our dishes, I feel that we go through the big lack of rice and I hurt the village by asking for enough rice. It is so small and so easy to fix that it should not hurt financially either. It's just rice.
Went with a friend of mine to dine in a restaurant, after a long time. Enjoyed the food, drinks and service while we are there and Yes, the lamb biryani was excellent, as mentioned by other patrons : Can easily recommend to anyone craving Indian food in the neighborhood!
