The Avocado Club egg rolls with ranchito sauce were a big hit as an appetizer. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Hawaii Pizza, Pfefferoni Pizza, and Avocado Club Pizza, along with the two-in-one bowl soup featuring pea soup and tomato soup—all of it was delicious. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They recently changed their menu, which I can understand, but it's not just that—portions are now smaller and prices have increased. I also found it frustrating that there are no refills on lemonade; if that's the case, they should at least inform customers to avoid any surprises at the end of the meal. We had to ask for water refills and more napkins, which shouldn't be the norm. The list of issues goes on, and overall, I am very unhappy with how this restaurant is being managed. I used to love dining here for lunch and dinner, but now I usually try to avoid it.
I also gave them a $50 gift card, but they informed me that I only had $20 remaining on it, and they charged the rest to my credit card. I didn't want to create a scene, so I let it go. Despite these issues, the food was decent. Overall, I would rate the experience 3 stars. However, I would not recommend this CPK to others, and I personally won't be returning.
I love this place, but I don't love the new menu system they have. You know, one of these systems where you need to scan a QR code, and yet do not consider that not everyone who goes there has a phone that scans a QR code, and not everyone who goes there can read very well through his phone. Obviously, they have limited paper menus that you almost need to read a magnifying glass, and since they are limited, I wonder what the person who comes later in the day needs to use. The service was great, the food was great, and it is always. But still on the stupid menu system, and I wish that CPK and other restaurants would learn it about the user experience, not just about the food. I wrote them on Facebook when I was sitting at the table, but obviously it wasn't worth their time to answer my concerns.
I will not be dinning here Again! The Service was so bad, extremely slow and inattentive! We received unsanitized greasy menus. Our Server never came to check how the food came out, we were waiting on Cheese and Red Pepper for our Pizzas and by the time he came by our pizza was cold. We wanted more drinks and again he was too busy. We ended up getting our check from the Host. I spent over $90 for Bad Service and Cold Food. It was a Horrible Experience. I hope you find my review helpful and it prevents you from making the same mistake. Save your Money!
