Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Café Rio comes across as a poor imitation of Chipotle, failing to deliver the same level of quality and flavor. During my recent visit, I ordered a burrito and a salad, both of which were disappointingly low in protein. The chicken included was so finely chopped that it resembled rice, making it hard to recognize as a protein source. It seems they are trying to make the small amount of protein stretch as much as possible, but without substantial pieces of chicken, it feels like there's hardly any protein in the meal at all. The sauces offered mild flavor, but nothing remarkable. In conclusion, it's better to skip Café Rio and enjoy the authentic experience at Chipotle instead.

I try a lot of dishes from this place, but I absolutely love the tortilla soup. It's amazing!

Horrible customer service! I ordered a cheese enchilada with EXTRA cheese. They gave me a tortilla with sauce in a container. The cheese was in a separate container. I went back inside and asked for a refund and they told me it was my fault and they refused to refund it!! The worst part was how rude the employee was to me! She had such an attitude and was very condescending. That's not the way you treat customers. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is fantastic! The food is delicious and flavorful, with generous portions. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant's atmosphere is lively and inviting. I highly recommend their burritos and tacos – they are a must-try! It's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in town.
