The service here was quick and enjoyable. My friend ordered an Oreo shake, which was delicious, and I had two drinks that were great as well. Both staff members who assisted us were friendly and attentive. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!
Let's be honest. Would you really want to pay $10 for a cone of low-quality ice cream that was scooped with bare hands, potentially unwashed and lacking care? No, I wouldn't, and I doubt you would either. Yuck!
To be honest, I went to my favorite sandwich shop, Togo's, and coincidentally found a Baskin-Robbins inside. I really enjoyed my #26 sandwich, but I prefer the white bread over the wheat.
If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would. When I asked one of the staff if they could make an ice cream cookie sandwich, she rolled her eyes at me and begrudgingly said, "Okay..." She then made the sandwich for me, took my boyfriend's order, and walked off without attending to the next person in our group, even though we weren't paying together. I want to assume she was frustrated because we arrived 10-20 minutes before closing, but that's still no excuse. As someone who works in customer service, I found her attitude unacceptable. On a positive note, the cookie sandwich was actually quite good! This experience was on the night of June 11, 2019.
