Arby's - Huntington Beach

Arby's is not a staple in California, but it is one in the Midwest. When you see the other customers there you get that notion. I recall going in my youth when I had the impression the only option was beef and cheese, but Arby's really redid their menu in recent years. The Reuben is pretty good especially for the price. My son likes the Buffalo sliders, and my wife appreciates the gyro with turkey (it's off menu at this point but they make it). They have quite a few interesting limited time menu options come up. The staff is more courteous than most for fast food. It has emerged for us as a goto for some quick eats. Overall, the balance of price quality service is hard to beat.

The only flavor the brisket had was salty. Milk shake was good.

The food was great and the service was also fantastic. The only issue I had was I went to use the restroom, which is behind the restaurant. I found myself face to face with a girl leaning against the restroom door. She said nothing, and she had obviously startled me. I had the key to the restroom that she was leaning against but due to her obvious drug induced indifference to my appearance I promptly just returned to the store. I asked my husband to get the key after we ordered and to come with me because I was a little put off by the encounter, she creeped me out a bit. When we approached again she stated there was a line hard to believe as I was holding the only key. We then reported it to the staff and they encountered the same issue. She refused to leave and they contacted the authorities. I can 't really hold any of the that against Arby 's but it was just a little crazy, and their bathroom situation is a bit off putting but in the defense of this establishment it 's a classic Arby 's and they were wonderful. We both had Gyros and curly fries and were very satisfied with the food.
