Starbucks Huntingdon Brampton Hut Dt

The restaurant wasn't very crowded, but I had to wait a bit to place my order at the counter. The staff didn't provide much customer service, and although I don't expect a lengthy conversation, a little friendly chat would have been nice. It seemed like the reason for this lack of attention was that the staff were all engaged in their own conversation on their headsets, constantly looking at each other and smiling. The coffee was lukewarm at best, and the hot chocolate tasted watery.

I will not be returning to this restaurant because they do not accept cash as payment. Cash is a legal form of payment and customers should have the choice of how to pay. This policy discriminates against those who do not have access to card payments. Luckily, I found Burger King across the road which does accept cash. I ended up spending over £10 with them and enjoyed excellent food and great service.

Toilet was in need of a good clean and even though lots of staff , tables were not cleaned in the hour we stayed. Not impressed.

Can’t fault the coffee, it’s always amazing but the staff are the issue. Everything is a problem, we had a card reader shoved into our car window before we had chance to say we had the app to scan. Then the young man proceeded to tut, sigh and aggressively scan the app before throwing the card machine towards up again. It is completely unacceptable for people working in a customer service role to treat customers like this! I have had enough now and will not be returning unless this gets resolved. I have had this attitude many times from young staff that act as though you are a problem from the minute you place the order. Absolute disgrace

Do they have a cleaner? Tables when we arrived had empty cups etc. on them. When we left 45 minutes later the number of tables with debris on was even more with none of the original tables having been cleaned. Out side was just as untidy with litter blowing about. Perhaps the original question should have been do they have a manager?
