A few months ago, I spoke with a lovely woman over the phone who was incredibly helpful with my order, especially when I encountered some challenges. She made everything much easier for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to speak with her again when I placed my most recent order. She truly made my experience enjoyable and seamless. I hope she receives a significant raise!
