Nice family restaurant. Food is typical diner quality... not bad but not great. My husband ordered the Alaskan pollock basket, which was actually quite tasty. I ordered the cod special they had that day. It was kind of bland. Our toddler got a cheeseburger and said it was good, but he didn't devour it like he did the day before with the burger from BFM in Waterloo the day prior!

This place over served my alcoholic dad all the time. They allowed him to drink and drive as well. Actually one time their employees had to drive my dads car home because he was so wasted. My dad died from alcoholism a few years back. I called the willows to confront the issue we had and the bartender with last name Semprimi said she would rather make money than cut someone off. Truly sickening. I just hope people steer clear of this place because not only do they have horrific morrals, the place is unsanitary run down. They definitely do not change their fryer oil either.

My boyfriend and I got a carryout order today. We placed it over the phone, and they did not ask for a name or a phone number, which was the first yellow/red flag. Shouldn't restaurants do that to prevent other customers from accidentally being given the wrong order? He wanted the chicken tender basket with a side of ranch, and instead got honey mustard with his chicken tenders. I ordered the ranch chicken club and wanted banana peppers added to it. My sandwich had no ranch, no tomatoes, and no lettuce--all things that are supposed to come on the sandwich. It did have the Swiss cheese, chicken breast, and banana peppers, so that's something, but it was very disappointing. We had been there before as well for dine in orders, and both previous times we had gotten what we had ordered, so I am confused why the quality of our food today was subpar. We won't be back for a while. (Not that we were by any means regular customers anyways.

Food, service speed were top notch! The fried cod baskets were delicious!
