Bojangles - Huntersville

More and more disappointed by bojangles and load this. I ordered 2 hours ahead to avoid the usual delays. when it was the time to get the order, I called the load and they said they had run out of huh (I ordered an 8 piece normal family meal) and they ran out of huh. a load that sells chicken. on a Saturday, and only to add, it wasn't the first time that they had run out of the huh. (It also happened on Friday morning.) so my guess is that they are not customer-oriented, or they do not want to work, or they prefer to go and get them to eat themselves. very disappointed that this has become a common situation at bojangles.

I went to Bojangles on the way from Florida to Massachusetts and Maryland with my friends. We were disappointed with the lack of personal service at the register. The coworker, wearing gloves, took our order and served our food. The food was not great - dry and the fries were not good, except for the Bo Tater Rounds which were fresh and delicious. I don't think I will be going back. Bless.

Bojangles was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The service was prompt and friendly, with staff members being very helpful. Coming from out of town, we were unfamiliar with the menu which was specific to North Carolina cuisine. The dining area, drink station, and restrooms were all well-maintained. The restaurant was easy to locate and I would definitely return when in the area again.

Avoid coming to this restaurant for dinner if you are in a rush, as the wait time can be long. I have visited four times around 6 o'clock, with only up to 3 cars ahead of me, and it still took at least 20-25 minutes to receive my food. This evening, it appears that there is only one person working at the drive-thru, handling orders, cash register, and food preparation. The service at this location is consistently slow during evening hours.

Our order was messed up because we were given old fries and a burnt biscuit. When he tried to go back they had locked the door. So he had to walk up to the drive through window. He tried to make it right by giving new fries but for some reason the fries were hard.
