Panera Bread - Hummelstown

Absolutely fantastic! I love this place and how clean it is. The staff is very friendly. The food is, as always, incredibly appealing and fresh. I've never received anything that was disappointing or subpar. If you're in the area, don't miss the chance to stop here for a great meal. You can also use their app to order and pick up, or even dine in.

The food is quite disappointing; there's always something off about it. The lunch meat has a slimy texture and often smells unpleasant. The overall atmosphere is dull and unwelcoming. While the staff is friendly, I noticed that when I spoke to the manager, Abbey, they all appeared uneasy. She didn't provide good service and seemed a bit harsh towards her employees. I believe she should consider stepping down and finding a different role where she can have a more positive impact. In any case, I cannot recommend this Panera, and I suggest avoiding it to steer clear of both the unhappy atmosphere and the subpar food.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Abby, the manager, is an absolute joke. She is extremely rude and demeans her staff. Although she holds the title of "manager," all she seems to do is scream at her employees for not keeping up with their work while she sits in the office doing nothing. It's a terrible experience as a customer because of her behavior. I can't support a restaurant that allows a manager to act like this. I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to eat because of her.

This Panera location is fantastic! Amanda was incredibly helpful and professional. I enjoyed a coffee and a bagel, and the app was very user-friendly, allowing me to easily select my bagel options.

Maggie at the register was helpful and friendly. The food was decent, but while traveling through the state, I must say this is the dirtiest Panera I have ever visited. The floors were sticky everywhere, the women's restroom was in terrible condition, there were no paper towels to dry hands, and the toilets were alarmingly dirty! Additionally, this location opened late. Are we no longer concerned about cleanliness and appearance? It makes me worry about the state of the kitchen! I probably won’t return to this Panera again.
