Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hummelstown

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday around noon, and I found that nearly all the food bins were empty—there weren't even any hard shell tacos left. I ordered 3 tacos, 1 bowl, 2 drinks, and chips with queso, which totaled $50. I didn't think much of the price at the time, but later I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged for 2 bowls instead of 1. When I returned to speak with the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. This has been quite disappointing. To make matters worse, the owner's response to my complaint was automated and insincere. Overall, I'm not impressed with the service from this establishment.

Idk what these reviews are talking about this place rocks got one of the best burritos I’ve ever ate here today! The place was clean and the workers were nice.

Looked like the place hadn’t been clean for days. Food on tables and floor, trash over flowing. I wonder how clean it is in the back? Things just did not taste right. Ran home and took pepto to be safe.

The bottom of the barrel. Only 3 employees working. The restaurant was DISGUSTING ALL AROUND. The worst Chipotle I've had EVER! very dirty. None of the utensils w were stocked. There was about 6 bags of trash at the front entrance. I will nvr eat here

Store was disgusting, the girl came from the back with a dirty white coat on and touched the sleeves and didn't wash her hands.. no napkins, dirty tables, employees texting and ignoring the huge line. Not coming back here
