The woman who appeared to be in charge was quite unfriendly when I went to order my drink. They frequently run out of items and take an incredibly long time to fulfill orders. I prefer to avoid this place.
My name is Tisha, and I want to emphasize the importance of good listening skills in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like I received that during my visit. You weren't very welcoming and didn’t smile as you should have. I ended up having to remind you about a refill discount. You took my order quickly and then walked away without ensuring I had everything I needed. Because of this experience, I’d rather visit at 4 AM when the other staff might provide better service.
This place is by far the best! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and quick with taking my order. I truly love them, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart!
Starbucks is Starbucks. The staff makes the difference. This store is average at best. They?re not overly friendly when I?m here. The coffee is fine. It?ll get you through the morning.
Came from Florida! First time being here and my sister and I had a great experience here.
