Krispy Kreme - Humble

The donuts are just okay, but the place is really dirty. The employees seem to do whatever they want. I'm about to throw away my coffee—it’s supposed to be hot, but it's cold and tastes like water. They could really benefit from some training; Krispy Kreme in Puerto Rico is always fresh and clean. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Been there twice, both visits have been disappointing. Donuts were cold and stale, and the coffee was insanely sweet. Didn't live up to the hype ive always heard about Krispy Kreme

Donuts were good. They said they had donuts ready and I had to wait 20 minutes still for my dozen and I was the only one there.Some of the staff (I think it was the manager)were a bit combative when I was asking questions about the Krispy Kreme birthday promo (which isn’t as good a deal as initially reported.Won’t be making the trek from Spring again.

I really enjoy Krispy Kreme, but unfortunately, there's not one in the Conroe area. Whenever I visit Maui, I make sure to grab some on my way to and from the airport. I probably won’t be flying that far anymore, though, as I’m getting a bit too old for it.

Same, great taste, but there is inconsistency in size, presentation, and many of the filled donuts are not filled. We have been to the location a handful of times for special occasions, and have found the same every time.
