Julia's Mexican Grill - Humble

The best Mexican food around! It's a great family-friendly spot with the finest margaritas. However, the lighting is a bit too bright. The service is outstanding, thanks to excellent management.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, along with excellent food and service. Despite the busy crowd, we experienced no wait time. Our food and drinks were promptly served after we placed our order. I tried the tacos mexicanos and had the opportunity to sample the fajita bowl as well—both were delicious and satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were several large families with kids dining, which added to the lively environment. I was pleasantly surprised when a Mariachi band began to play shortly after seven; they were incredibly talented and enhanced the overall experience. You can request any song you like, but don't forget to bring cash to tip them. I will definitely be returning more often. My martini was also quite enjoyable!

Our server, Carlos, provided exceptional service and made our dining experience memorable! He recommended the chicken fajitas, which came with broccoli, onions, refried beans, rice, and I opted for corn tortillas—they were fantastic! The portion was meant for one person, but I shared it with my wife, and it was more than enough. The servings are generous, and the Mexican food is authentically delicious! The restaurant is clean and captures an authentic Mexican ambiance, combining elegance with a casual vibe. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant if you're near George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and looking for great food. For dessert, we tried the Tres Leches cake, but it didn't taste like genuine Mexican Tres Leches—it was a bit sour and had an unusual flavor. That's my only complaint; everything else was wonderful!

My cousin loves Mexican food and this is one of her favorite spots, so she was so kind to treat us here. My fajitas were off the chain. Usually when I go to Mexican restaurants I usually don't care for the beans, but those beans were fire too. Don't let me forget my jualpeno margarita with just the right heat and tasted delicious. This has been marked one of my favorite spots in Texas. I'll definitely come back here.

*My first time at this restaurant* Let me start off with the seating process, usually the place is pretty busy every time I pass by it . This time , it wasn't really busy got seated right away . Our server did an amazing job hosting us . The food was delicious! I got the Mexican shrimp cocktail the quesadilla platter w/ shrimp . Now , I'm really picky with restaurant rice (used to homemade) , but this place had the most flavorful rice ever . It wasn't hard , or bland . It had that homemade taste to it . The quesadilla platter was chefs kiss . I pretty much ate all 4 pieces the shrimp cocktail was delicious as well . The environment of the restaurant was like you're typical Mexican restaurant , nothing wrong with it . Totally coming back !
