Happy Family Chinese Buffet - Humble

I am honestly surprised by all the positive reviews. It seems like the people who frequent this restaurant do not know what good food tastes like. The pepper steak had no flavor and tasted like boiled bark. The rice was sticky and the noodles were bland, like they were cooked straight from the package. The only thing that was decent were the green beans, which is why I am giving it 2 stars.

There were some dishes that were undercooked at this restaurant. I ate something that made me sick right away. Instead of resolving the issue, the server spent about 2-3 minutes arguing with me about the bill. Despite us explaining that we were feeling ill, the server continued to argue. We informed the manager about the situation and they at least apologized.

The food was decent, but I have tried other places that have better flavor. The restaurant was very clean and spacious. The staff was efficient and respectful. The decor was beautiful, so I may reconsider trying it again in a few months.

Not good. pfeffer steak was so hard after the fight to take one bite I was over him. the noodles were dry the sweet and sour bun was all broth. If they're hungry for a fresh buffet, I wouldn't go here. when it first opened, it was great. I don't know what happened. the only dings that seemed fresh were the green beans, icing soup and bananenpudding.

Staff was nice and attentive to keep your drink cup filled up and your table clean. The food was amazing and have a decent mid-size variety of items from orange chicken to sushi rolls! The place is also quite spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
