Absolutely pathetic. The receptionist does not want to do her work at all. The service is pathethic. I had a R50 voucher that I wanted to use on the online app. I had my order ready, used the voucher and when it came to placing order.. The restaurant was offline.. My voucher got used, never refunded and the receptionist plainly refuses to help me. I've been there 3 times already in the last week, every time she just says come back later. Before I went in today, I placed and paid for another order fully online. I went to Steers about 10minutes later to pick my order up, seeing a completely empty building, with the receptionist leaning at the back only to find my order hasn't even been printed and givin to the chef yet, after being paid online. Would expect that in an empty building one order would go fast. Won't ever be going there again..
We ordered salad and Wacky Wednesday special. The waitress, even brought our meal out to the vehicle. It was worth while, waiting for.
Although the food is a-typical Steers, and the service is so-so, the real major issue at this particular store is the swarm of begging street kids on a Whacky Wednesday! I have twice complained to management about this particular issue, and needless to say absolutely buggerall has been done. I use to take my kids for a Whacky Wednesday treat at this Steers, stop doing so several months ago. I, and many other clients honestly do not want to be harassed every single time we go there on a Wednesday! Question....why is there no such issue at KFC in Humansdorp?
What the point of calling in an order, if everytime you do, you still have to wait the normal 10 to 15 minutes? Service is appalling.
