Good food on a busy game night the bartender was a little overwhelmed

The huckleberry ice cream was out of this world! Like the alien sitting in the chair across from our table. Comforting food. Large portions. The Hunter’s meatloaf special was phenomenal and full of good flavor. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Victoria took great care of us.

The cafe was closed when we visited, but the bar was open. It is pretty stylish inside, very atmospheric. Almost no one was there when we came in. There are several options of beer. People are very friendly, and we spent some time talking. Good experience. The coffee was pretty good too.

Passing through on a weekend road trip to Devil's Tower. A party of four stopped here for dinner not sure what to expect. Three bear battered cod baskets and one chicken basket. JUST WONDERFUL!! Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Those chips/fries were fabulous and the tarter sauce was the best I ever had. If only we lived closer, I'd be here once a week at least!

Great atmosphere, really friendly staff and the food was not just excellent but plentiful and reasonably priced. Sadly, we let the side down and couldn't eat it all, despite our best efforts.
