We had eaten in Chinon the previous night, and found that while the quality was comparable or perhaps slightly better, the price, quiet atmosphere and attentive service more than made up for the difference. The husband/wife team worked tirelessly to make our dinner pleasant, and although their English isn't as strong as one might get in a tourist hub it was more than sufficient! We each had the prix fix menu for under 20 euros, including an appetizer, main, and dessert. With wine and coffee, we spent just less than 60 euros for two highly competitive in Chinon, where similar prix fix menus go for between 30 and 40 euros per person. The quality and taste if the food was without reproach, and presented fresh and simple French cuisine at its best. The fish/ratatouille main is a must try, as is the prawn/fish roulade.
Fantastic meals, impeccable service, all ingredients for a pleasant moment, I highly recommend
Very good time in this restaurant that offers a large patio for beautiful days, it is very pleasant. Servers are in small care and chic. We had taken the dessert flat entry menu in the 35 euros it seems to me. meals more than copyy and very good. A little more for mouth lovers. We'll be back with pleasure.
A card that makes you feel, plates filled. quality and quantity were there. a very good reception of all the staff. We'll be back of course!
Excellent restaurant with menu offering good seasonal products. The plates are well presented, the delicious dishes. A nice attention during the mouthing for my 14-month-old son who was entitled to his potimarron velvet. Its homemade purée, which the restorer warmed, was nicely served in a nice plate with a nice presentation. Never seen in a restaurant. We'll be back.
