Subway - Hugoton

What a little grotto! This subway is located in a very small building with a very small dining area, reminiscent of a hole in the wall large town of Diner. The traffic flow is not very smooth, since the front door basically opens into the end of the serving line, so you have to drive past other customers to get into the line to order. The food was good, freshly prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Oh, yeah, actually I did. There 2 days in a row

Great stop on the way from California to Topeka, Kansas. Clean, fast, delicious sandwiches and friendly service!

Our sandwiches were delicious, and she handled the busy restaurant impressively, even with people waiting for their orders. Her positive attitude was truly commendable. I was so impressed that I gave her a generous tip, as she definitely deserves a raise for her hard work. This was at the subway in Hugoton, Kansas. I’ll be sure to stop by again if I'm there late at night. The food was tasty and the service outstanding—something I haven't experienced since the 1970s!

Metro is a wonderful addition to this small rural city!

Absolutely fantastic! The two ladies went above and beyond for us as we eagerly wanted to try new dishes. They were incredibly cheerful, offered great suggestions, and we ended up with delicious food that left us thoroughly satisfied. Thank you so much, ladies!
