Agave Azul Kitchen Tequila - Hughson

We sat for 20 minutes before finally asking someone if we could just get a water. We had 5 people in our party. When we finally got our food. The waitress asked two of our party, “are you guys not eating”. They forgot to put in their order. The rest of us had to eat while they were making the food for the rest of our party. Good food. Service.. not so much.

It was Fathers day and my daughters bday, told the waitress it was my daughters bday, didn't really get acknowledged much and usually they do something special, nothing was done or even said at the end. We dine here often, it was disappointing this time, especially for a special occasion.

The food is always good here. The servers seem flustered every time we come. We asked for a straw for our daughter's water cup times. My husband ended up attempting to get one himself because we were seated outside, they said they would bring it to him and he said we never got a straw until we asked four times and waited over 15 minutes.

The cups used for water were dirty and still had lipstick marks on them. The table was broken and had to find a spot to place our drinks so they wouldn't fall. Service, food and drinks were great but lacking on cleanliness and their care of their furniture.

The owner obviously doesn't care because they have the worst service. We've been going there, regularly for a few years now and the service just keeps declining while the foods great. The drinks are great, but absolutely worst service.
