Huddle House - Hueytown

I absolutely love dining at Huddle House in Hueytown. The waitress, Jace, is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the overall experience very pleasant. The food is always fresh and delicious, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating.

Paige, Jace, and Shaquel were amazing! Quick and courteous service with good conversation in between created a warm environment that anyone would love to be in. Special shout out to Paige for having a great first day on the job!Food: 5/5

I go to this location often. There is this one associate in particular that is just awesome. Her name is Claudia. She greets me at the door like an old friend. She remembers my preferences and off by chance an order is not correct, she fixes it quickly. It seems the whole restaurant runs more efficiently when she is there (just trust me on that statement).. The other staff members are friendly and the young cook )I can’t recall his name) will even joke with me if he has time. I just want to let you know that Claudia’s smile, hugs and pleasant attitude is what keeps us going back as often as we do!

Only thing I can say that was amazing was the pancakes. The manger is loud an very unprofessional. Waitress are slow an rude no greetings what so ever. I’ve been here 35 minutes an I’ve heard cursing the manager talking about co-workers. Multiple people have walked out.There’s also a man been waiting a very long time on his meal an no one has recognized him. HR Needs to be contacted this is horrible.

Huddle House Hueytown is a very relaxed eating experience. If you become a regular, you become a familiar face whose treated like family.Ms.Claudia is beyond amazing! She’s very attentive to her customers who come in, and begins to learn what condiments and favorite beverages each customer likes. These items are given before they are asked for. Ms.Claudia is a gem to the restaurant.
