I went through the drive thru today, second car from the window, I sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting on them to help the person in front of me; when they did, all just got was one small bag, when I got to the window and asked what's going on, the worker said what do you mean it is the drive thru and sometimes you have to wait in a very nasty tone, I asked for a refund, she called the manager, and manager said, what did they leave, I said no, I am right here, but your worker has a smart mouth, she said nothing to her, but commence to give me my refund which I have not gotten back yet, mind you they lost a lot of customers that day between 12:30 and 12:55 because they left, meaning the people behind me.
They were a little slow about getting our order and got my order wrong. We dined in.
I didn't receive all of my food and didn't realize until I got home and I was 30 minutes away from the store I called and no one answered very
The wait time just to order was RIDICULOUS luckily after 10 minutes the guy in front of us got tired of waiting and left and it still was another 15 min of us waiting. Then once they took our order one of the guy brought our fries and sat them in front where they bag your food then went to drop our mac n cheese ball and prep our sandwiches that took another 10 mins so once they gave us the food we immediately reached in the bag bcuz we knew those fries just sitting there would be cold and yess they were then they fixed another order. So the fries were good but the Beef and cheddar left something to be desired. Overall it was a bad experience. Im not sure what happened Arbys is usually pretty solid. I think some of these company need to look at how Chik fil A does business.....bcuz they are always fast friendly and very efficient and it be like a jungle in their restaurant but others take all day to serve a couple of people
