Tomatejamon - Huesca

In the pedestrian center of this ancient town (Osca to the Romans), Tomatejamon offers original and delicious food: local roots with innovative twists. My husband started with a bacalao (codfish with mashed potatoes), I asked for a mixed green salad that they made even though it wasn't on the menu, practically a meal in itself. The main course was grilled rabbit with aioli sauce, delicious! We loved it.

They have some original fusion tapas, where they mix Spanish cuisine with Asian. Only negative point was that the bar was very busy and we couldn't get a seat.
