I personally recommend the lamb plate. But extra wishes are also possible here and so far this is always at no cost! We like to go there! Operation Very friendly service. Always attentive, empty plates were not standing around long (as unfortunately in other restaurants very often the case). The food super delicious food. We had baked the lamb plate and Gyros. Both very tasty. Portions are not the largest, but this is actually normal at good food. It's better than some other restaurants where you get mountains from food, but this is just a fat taste. The ambience of a small cozy ambience. Something old-baked, chairs and benches could be a bit more comfortable, but all in all good. Clean cleanliness, no reason for complaint.
General A gastronomic experience of special kind. To make it short... an absolute disaster. From the can soup to the burned fladen bread to the finished salad to the totally overpriced fish plate for 2 persons a 17.50 Euro included 2 Sampis, 2 small pieces Zander and 1 piece of salmon, probably noticed for 2 persons. That's how we got up. Conclusion: Nee, never again! Was not able to give a wine recommendation. The food That was nothing! You shouldn't fool your guests! What is a flat screen in the middle of the restaurant?
Absolute secret tip! Here you get to the table with love for detail, freshly cooked food at fair prices. Only the in-house saltatdressing is worth a trip. We've been there five times now, it just tastes everything. The Spare Ribs are great, especially the flame cakes are all just delicious (variations of vegetarian or with salmon over green and sharp for every thing) From oven potato to homemade Spanish tomato soup, all hot and delicious. There are hardly any desires left.In this selection, there is no problem here. In the summer you can also enjoy it. There are free hiking trails around the mill. In the Husenmühle you feel as a welcome guest, and nothing is about a family-run company.
There was a Christmas buffet. Chicken soup without taste and cloudy was served at the table. Then the buffet. Rouladen, deer goulash, salmon with spinach, rosemary spices, potato gratin, rose cabbage, red cabbage. To dessert vanilla food, panacotta and cold plums from the glass. The whole food was tastefully miserable. No speech could be fresh. Loveless, no salad as an appetizer. Price: €25.50 per person. Absolutely overpriced. Oh yes, as an appetizer, a plate appeared later on with filled peppers, crackers with different creams, etc. (that looked appetizing) Had nothing to do with a great buffet for Christmas.
The Husen Mill is an old, very beautifully preserved water mill. The atmosphere in the deeply snowy valley of the night was beautiful. The tables lovingly covered, in the fireplace a fire burst. There was a New Year's Eve buffet that was set up in a side room. The soup was served at the table. She tasted excellent. At the buffet there were 3 hot meats, (benders, wild, cashiers) and a ragout. Cold plates with small carvings. As a supplement there were roast potatoes and potato gratin. Vegetables, salads, small snacks and cheese rounded off the buffet. As dessert there were red grütze with vanilla sauce (very tasty) We were often in the Husenmühle and felt comfortable there. The flame cakes are all highly recommended, even the Lachburger and the rosemary medallions are very delicious. Pommes, croquettes or the like are in vain on the menu. Instead, there are roast potatoes or foil potatoes.
