Stayed here last night.Really nice food, best steak I had in many a long day, and the Fürstenberg vom fass was superb.Accommodation was simple, but roomy, and clean and comfy, and great value for money.Breakfast this morning was nice and easy, personal, and substantial.Great family run business with typical German hospitality.

Fabulous food quality, very professional prepared. We visited this restaurant twice during our stay, which is proof of the top quality served. A family operation, father - the corpulent bartender behind the bar - and his son and daughter run this place. The stakes are impressive in taste and size. Really a restaurant to return to. Highly recommended. By the way the beer - Fürstenberg - is of superb German taste and quality.

Our family regularly does the 45 minute drive from North Switzerland to this family run restaurant in Hufingen simply because of the food. They have a huge menu and the steaks are the best. I highly recommend the Pfeffersteak (steak covered in a peppercorn sauce) and my wife loves the Zweibelsteak (steak covered in thin fried onion rings). And the prices are very reasonable, around 17 euros for the steak dish which includes a generous portion of french fries and huge salad.
