Arby's - Hudsonville

Today, I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the store manager, and they were quite rude. This establishment lacks professionalism; if they were truly concerned, they would have resolved my issue. I’m considering contacting corporate, as this kind of behavior raises concerns about customer card information security. The employee's actions and the manager's rudeness are unacceptable.

We've never experienced poor service here. The staff is always friendly, and whenever there was a mistake with our order, it was promptly resolved. My only criticism is the inconsistency in the presentation of the sandwiches. I don't enjoy seeing my top bun sliding halfway off my beef and cheddar; it can be quite messy. Also, what's up with the hours on the sticker on the window? They're not open on Thursdays!

The service was fast and efficient. A large tour bus arrived, and the staff managed to handle all those customers swiftly and effectively. I didn’t time it, but I suspect that in just 15 minutes, 20 people left satisfied. I was very impressed.

The fast food here is great, and the staff are very friendly. One of my favorite dishes is the bacon chicken sandwich.

Swung by around a late time where nobody was in line and I wasn't even at the window for 15 seconds before they had my whole order ready for me. When I worked fast food, later hours were slower because it was harder to keep food fresh while cleaning/employees going home. However, they had my hot fries immediately. Probably the nicest fast food experience I've ever had. The lady at the window was very pleasant and even had the sauce I asked for last-minute ready for me. First time here and it was lovely. I will be back for more fries.
